Holding a Call

Procedure

1. Press Options during a call, and then select Hold.
  1. The phone screen indicates that the call is on hold.

Resuming a Held Call

Procedure

1. Press Resume, the Speakerphone key, or Off-hook key.
  1. If multiple calls are placed on hold, select the desired call first.

Swapping Between Active and Held Calls

You can easily switch between active and held calls.

Procedure

1. Do one of the following to swap the active and held calls:
  1. l If the call is active, press the Swap soft key.
  2. l Press the up or down navigation key.
